As we prepare to enter 2009, I am preparing to launch the new focus of my real estate business.  After several years of working the foreclosure market, I will shift my focus to working with first-time buyers. 

In moving towards this new target market, I'm also going to focus heavily on developing the referral side of my business. 

While foreclosures will be with us for some time to come, and I'm not closing the door to continued foreclosure listings and sales, I want to concentrate my energies on working with first-time buyers, those younger, singles or couples, that are entering the homeowner world for the first time.  I will focus on helping them make the best decisions when it comes to becoming an owner.  When you've never owned a home before "escrow accounts", "due diligence" and "earnest money" sound like learning a foreign language. 

I've designed my website as a learning place for buyers and sellers to learn about specific topics that affect the purchase and sale of a home.

I have a lot of experience to offer to inexperienced home buyers.  I'm building my business to be "your real estate consultant for life" so I have a vested interest in helping first-time homebuyers do it the right way and not become just another foreclosure.
